The 85,000 SF corporate headquarters build-out in Tashkent's Energy Corridor was delivered two weeks ahead of schedule and under budget. TPS coordinated closely with the ownership group, architect of record, and multiple specialty subcontractors to achieve a seamless, high-quality finish throughout all 12 floors of the occupied tower.
The project scope included full MEP coordination, raised access flooring, open-ceiling design in collaborative areas, custom reception millwork, and an executive boardroom with integrated AV and acoustic treatment.
